The Origin Of The Species in 1859. As for the idea of development of life from non-life and the evolutionary descent of man from animal, this was not a Darwinian invention but rather a Greek one.

ALL BELIEVERS STRIVE TO BE CLOSER TO ALLAH and harvest His pleasure and His blessings. However, in order for one to achieve that ultimate goal, one has to know his or her own self. Allah says in the Qur’an: “We shall show them our signs in the horizons and in their selves until they will be able to discern the truth.” and the Prophet says: “Whosoever knows himself/herself will know his/her Lord.” And as Al Ghazali says, “how would it be possible for someone to know Allah and get closer to Him if one does not know himself?”
